Following mutual agreement between both the licensee and licensor on the terms and conditions, we proceed to the subsequent steps.
The licensor will initiate the processing of the token amount to secure the agreement.
We will diligently collect all necessary documents required for the drafting of the agreement. This includes obtaining the PAN card and Aadhar card of both the licensee and licensor.
Our dedicated team will conduct a meticulous review of the draft agreement from both parties, ensuring precision and compliance.
The licensor will finalise the remaining deposit amount.
Upon mutual consent from both parties, we proceed with the collection of the stamp duty charges. Each party contributes 50% of the required amount.
Following the successful payment of stamp duty charges, we generate a challan, which undergoes verification.
To accommodate your convenience, we arrange a biometrics appointment at a location and time of your choice.
Subsequent to the biometrics appointment, we promptly submit the registered agreement.
After the agreement is finalised, we will coordinate the furniture move-in process with the assistance of our dedicated team, ensuring the safe transportation of your valuable furniture.
Our proficient team will efficiently handle all necessary police verification procedures and secure the No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Both the agreement document and Police NOC documents will be meticulously submitted to the relevant society.
Within a span of 10-12 working days, the society will duly issue the necessary access cards and app access, ensuring a seamless transition into your new residence.
